Scholl express pedi or velvet smooth express?

Hi,having had not a great amount of success with the Footner socks I need something more for my cracked hippo like heels.
Does anyone have any experience or know the difference between these two products?
Btw I do have the soap and glory footfile but need something more I think.

I have the express pedi, it's ok. I find I want to roll it over the ball foot but edge stops it. It does make the skin feel smoother but tbh I don't think I use it enough to get the full effect (I keep forgetting) I find myself still using a manual file to really Hey the skin off.

Go to a chiropodist and have them sort your heels

Express pedi is good BUT you have to change the batteries very regularly to maintain optimum effect. I have rhino heels and it deals with them well but once there is even a hint of power downage it becomes very much less effective.
