what to wear over a red wrap dress?

After much deliberation ive finally bought a dress to wear to an upcoming wedding.

Its a red wrap dress with white and black spots on. I'm also wearing red wedge shoes.

I don't think a shrug or cardigan will go and I'm tempted to get a white fitted type blazer.

Ive got no sense of style though and I usually wear either work uniform or fleecy pj's

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.

Also my budget is very tight so the cheaper the better

Could you link to it or another dress of a similar cut? Hard to say otherwise! What shape and height are you?

You'll probably black cover up and white bag, at a guess.
