You can probably get it restrung at a jewellers. I had a sweetie bracelet done and it cost me £10.

S&D are very good about faulty goods. If you email/call they'll send you a new one and email you a pre paid returns label.

What Tweetinat said. S&D CS is fantastic, I snapped my Renegade and emailed them to ask how to fix it and they said they'd like to send me a new one. I had probably had it nearly a year! Worth a try.

I can't see how there isn't proof of purchase as you can only buy online to through a stylist who has to process orders with a name and address. They should be able to trace you in the system, or if it was a gift then they'll be able to trace through their details?
