Booked a sun holiday today for July so I have seven weeks to get beach-ready!
I've just used my Soap and Glory foot file to start de-hoofing my feet. Plan is to use it little and often, ie. every day, and follow up with my Scholl foot recovery cream.
Went to the supermarket and stocked up on healthy food to start concentrating on my diet. Will dig out my exercise DVDs.
Will re-start body brushing every day.
What else would you start doing?
