I went to get matched for a no7 foundation in store today ........ No match found.

Apparently is doesn't come in blue Grin

Any make up suggestions for the very very pale?

Dye your hair black and rock the Morticia Addams look? Grin

Alternatively, try Bare Minerals.

Nicola Roberts does a range for pale skin.

Its called Dainty doll.

MAC do a white foundation - I have a very very pale friend who I bought this for and she mixes it with her current foundation to make it the right colour.

Scarletohello · 14/05/2014 07:27

Er wear fake tan..?

CarpeJugulum · 14/05/2014 07:29

Bobbi Brown does a porcelain colour that I use - MAC have a similar colour.

Macocious · 14/05/2014 09:21

Lily lolo mineral makeup do some very pale shades

Saurus72 · 14/05/2014 09:29

I'm very pale and use Mac Studio Fix.

I'm pale, the palest no 7 was a match for me but it's too pale! I look terrible wearing it. My conclusion is their system isn't very good anyway! Trying foundations on is the only way to get a good match.

OneLittleLady · 14/05/2014 09:40

No7 colour matched me and the colour it came out with made me look orange. That was the second lightest shade so I tried the lightest shade and even that made me look like I'd dipped my face in a bag of doritos. I have zero faith in the little machine thingy AND no7 foundation now.

MyrtleDove · 14/05/2014 13:47

The palest No7 foundation is too dark for me and oxidised horribly. You're not alone! GOSH does good pale foundations.

MyrtleDove · 14/05/2014 13:48

Oh and M&S Autograph! Their mousse foundation is actually too pale for me.

Fillybuster · 14/05/2014 13:51

Horribly expensive but lasts for ages: Guerlain have several super-pale shades. I completely love mine and for the first time ever, I didn't buy the lightest shade (apparently it comes in ice-blue as well as red-head blue...!).

There's another range with gold bits which I ended up buying despite the prohibitive tag which is beyond lush and makes me look like I have perfect, alive, super-soft skin. Divine.
