Help me style a dress from the 20s!

I bought this dress

Which was (eek!) the most I've ever spent on an item of clothing other than my wedding dress! It is for a ball, not a fancy dress/vintage event. How would you style/accessorise it?

I am a shoe size 6-7.

Can you get your hair done in finger waves with a band?

Would you do a real fur stole?

I was thinking faux bob, dark eye shadow, long necklace preferably pearls. And dolly shoes.

Those are great shoes! Thanks tethersend! The right heel shape (from the limited knowledge I have gained on 20s fashion)! I was thinking of a headband too... Do you think a long necklace would work, as the dress is already beaded around the neckline? Don't think I would do real fur.

My hair is brown , waves, shoulder length. I could get a cut so it is a bob.

I think the more the merrier with beads, TBH.

Do you think black is the only colour that would work for shoes?

Could possibly have silver / grey / cream? Is the beading silver and cream, it looks like it on the picture?
