Heel balm for upper arms???

Recently read on another thread about a ? Heel balm for bumpy upper arms but didn't save details..

As we approach bare arm season I need to do something about my upper arms. The skin there is red and bumpy- a bit chicken skin-ish.

Has anyone tried this wonder tip? Can you tell me what I need to buy/ how often to use etc..

I have this and have been moisturising every day this year (new years resolution!) and I can confirm it has made very little difference

I'm off to hunt down everything mentioned on this thread!

.....except the sun bed tip.....sorry.....

I got salycylic acid cream from the doc plus some soap from America- no difference really.
