toddler neoprene wetsuits - sizing Tribord brand

I'm looking to buy one second hand from eBay for my average-large 20 month old. Would a size 2 years be ok for him do you think? The brand is Tribord from Decathlon but I can't find a sizing chart online and the seller hasn't responded to my query yet. Does anyone know how this brand fits please? I know it needs to be a snug fit to be effective and keep him warm. Thanks

I've bought some swimwear for the dd from decathlon stores in France and find the sizes come up small - at least for older dc.
