Comfortable, but stylish shoes for sightseeing on holiday?

I always seem to struggle with shoes in the summer. We're going to a city for our summer holiday this year so will be spending a lot of time walking around, sightseeing etc.

Any suggestions for comfortable shoes that don't look like something my granny would wear?

My trusty walk-around forever without a problem shoes are fit flops. The sparkly ones !

But I realise that lots of people would consider this granny material.

I have these. Not sure they meet the stylish requirement but uber-comfy and your feet don't get hot. They are quite strappy so aren't quite as hideous as most walking sandals!

Thank you - I'll have a look at those!

If you like flats, I can totally recommend Gabor Pavilion or Gabor Haven, like walking on puffy clouds.
Gabor def have a lot of shoes for 'older' ladies btw, but their range is wide, something for all feet Grin
