Generally, yes. Some sports bras are very tight in the back, I need to go up a back size with Shock Absorber, but have my Freya sports bra in my normal size, and I think I have heard the same applies to Panache.

Don't forget to go down a cup size if you need to go up a back size in a sports bra. Although some come up small in the cup too...

Thank you. That's a useful site

I'm a 32ff but my shock absorber sports bra is a 34e.

pinkflaming0 · 09/05/2014 21:48

Agree re. Shock Absorber I'm a 30DD and mine is a 32D - couldn't get the 30 back done up. Even the 32 can be a challenge!

Shock absorbers do run about a band size small. The panache sport is fab and normal sized. Freya underwired (non padded) is a size small in the band IME>
