Bra for special occasion - argh

I'm not a S&B regular as I don't have either S or B Grin or indeed the budget for shopping.

But I have a major family wedding this summer, and I need help.

I will be wearing this dress in red and 3/4 sleeve, with full petticoat underneath (honestly, it's gorgeous to wear). I have a pillbox hat sorted, and shoes sorted (both black, hat on lend from bride so no worries about colour).

But my problem is bra.

I wear a 34H under intervention rules, with straight band, flat on the breastbone, etc. Most of my bras are Elle McPherson with the odd M&S.

Because of my lack of height, the v is quite deep, so I need a bra that can be seen, or at least slightly flashed, so probably black satin or lace. And I'm going to be bfing in it. And it needs to be fairly wonderbra-ish for the dress fit.

Please. There must be something that I don't have to go 200 miles to London for, or pay a zillion pounds for. Please. Please.

Bravissimo Satine? Curvy Kate Elegance?

Or if you don't want to flash the bra, take a small safety pin and pin the bottom layer of the wrap to your bra. Can simply unfasten when you need to feed. I have used this trick on several wrap dresses that otherwise show too much.

Gorgeous dress!

Would a plunge style work for you? Bravissimo do a few different ones - I have the Tango one.

Thanks for the suggestions and apologies for not responding sooner - didn't appear in my TIO for some reason Confused

I'll have a look. Living in the sticks means shopping for anything specific needs military planning!

I converted a panache tango for breastfeeding using clips from old nursing bra. It's not padded but it is a plunge one- perhaps same one shoewhore is talking about? here
