I would guess an NC25 or thereabouts.

They look very similar - there are lots of swatch comparisons online if you google!

I need to try this Revlon Colorstay - I wonder if they do it pale enough for me

I'm Mac NC25 and wear color stay in Sand Beige, the NC25 is very similar, just a touch warmer in undertone than the sand beige which is a bit more neutral
