Does such an item of lingerie exist any more?

Problem is sheer tops that need more coverage underneath than just a bra. I don't want to wear a camisole as I don't like the multiple straps look. I don't want a 'body' i.e. all on one, as I am tall and nothing is more guaranteed to give me major VPL as it's pulled tight against my bum.

In the 80's I had a couple of camisole/bras, you know proper bra topped camisole - no need to wear a bra underneath. I'm sure they were from M&S.

Can't find anything similar now. Looking for black and ideally navy (but expect that's a big ask). Any ideas or alternative suggestions?

Bravissimo does camisoles or vest tops with internal bras, I think M&S still does them too.
