Does anyone else feel that their clothes are a little boring?

Anyone have any tips for jazzing them up?

I think that because I don't have to dress up I end up wearing jeans & t-shirt most of the time (wear a uniform at work) & am getting really bored. Trouble is anything else feels strange to wear for day to day activities! Obviously had summer items but it's a bit cold for that now.

accessories!

get costume-jewellery necklaces or earrings in colours that match your trousers for instant easy outfits - Accessorize good place to start, but Tesco etc have some good stuff too - Claire's tends to be too glitzy for daywear IME. Everyone needs a shell pendant - I have one in cream to go with light khaki-type trousers, and wear a wooden one from Next with brown cords or combats.

Bangles also worth considering but are no good if you have to type.

Skinny scarves are resurging this winter too, and personally I'm still wearing them in my hair as they suit me.

hope this is slightly helpful...

That's a good idea. I've got lots of lovely accessories so probably ought to not keep saving them for "special" outings!

Dorothy Perkins also has some nice bits and pieces of jewellery at the moment.
