What do you reckon on this - I like it but not sure if i'll look like one of the Kids from Fame?

I love it, but I'm not what you would call a style guru (I'd never want to be) so you had beter wait for some more opinions.

42, size 12, 5'6". Average, slightly pear shaped, hoping it will go with everything but mainly jeans I suppose.

I would wear it with a belt but have just seen the very offputting "handwash" part - so am reviewing the situation.
