Monsoon - what the heck can I buy?!

So, I asked this about 6 weeks ago and I still have my vouchers. I went in today thinking the new summer stuff would be out and honestly could see absolutely nothing. I'm 30 years old, professional job, trendy style at weekends. Ungrateful as I sound why oh why I was bought Monsoon vouchers I will never know!

Any lovely pieces hiding in Monsoon?

how about some homewares or buy gifts for others? stock up 4 birthdays and Xmas gifts e.g. scarfs, jewellery, purses etc

SueDNim · 01/05/2014 23:14

Baby clothes for presents for newborns or other children who you would have to give gifts to?

Pumpkinette · 01/05/2014 23:17

Can you use the vouchers is Accessorize instead? They are the same company and many have a joint shop set up.

You can use monsoon vouchers in accessorise too, usually some nice bags and bits and bobs in there. How much is your voucher for?

trixymalixy · 01/05/2014 23:21

Some of their swimwear is ok. They have a couple of innocuous leather work bags.

How much are we talking about?

I love Monsoon Blush should I not do?! I'm late 20s and think loafs of the clothes are actually really nice, there is a striped dress I love but I'm waiting to see if it'll get to an affordable price first - this one m-uk.monsoon.co.uk/view/product/uk_catalog/mon_1,mon_1.2/5530510108. do you not like?

SueDNim · 01/05/2014 23:41

Do you know anyone who does like stuff at Monsoon and would buy the vouchers off you?

bettykt · 02/05/2014 06:57

Could you sell the vouchers on Ebay or would that make you feel a bit bad?

Longleggedlovely · 02/05/2014 08:08

I've got about £100. I'm thinking of accessorise but can't help think that's a bit of a waste unless as suggested I stock up for Christmas presents! Might sell them to my mum or alternatively maybe keep towards a new winter coat.
Thanks for suggestions!

I would hang on to them a bit longer. I find shops go through phases, one season you don't like anything in the whole shop, next season you want half the shop!

Could it be used in accessorise? Nice bags, purses, flip flops, hats?
