I am a beauty slattern. Despite wearing hastily applied make up every day I never take it off, I constantly have the odd eyebrow needing plucking, light coloured nail varnish chipped off. It's terrible but I just can never motivate myself after the DDs are in bed and before the frequent wakings start.
Last week I grabbed a spare toiletry bag from upstairs and put in it some cotton wool, my nail varnish and remover, nail file and nail scissors, tweezers, make up remover and moisturiser.
I now just grab the bag from the downstairs loo cupboard and take my make up off every night. My nail varnish is barely chipped and I have just removed it and am about to reapply. This is big big news. If I told people in real life they would never fully appreciate how wondrous a move this is on my behalf but knowing my fellow MN's are sometimes as rubbish as me I'm sure someone somewhere will bestow some praise on me.
Why oh why did I not put together my "little bag" till now?
