What can you put in shoes to stop them slipping?

I have some court shoes to wear for my wedding and one of my feet is slightly bigger than the other so I need something to go in one shoe to stop it slipping off. We have loads of stairs to walk up outside the venue and I really don't want to fall down - not good in the photos!

I think you can get things you stick inside the heel, or maybe an extra insole?

An extra insole or half an insole.

Get some cotton wool and push it down into the toe end of the shoe that is too big. Try it on and see if that has taken up the extra room, if not just keep putting more in until the shoe feels like it fits.
