I'm off to see Shavata in Sep to have my eyebrows shaped! My life is so sad that I'm quite excited. Only problem is I have to let them grow between now and then, so soon I'll be looking like Brooke Shields!

Yes, her salon is in Harrods. I've occasionally thought what a satisfying job it must be - I see women sometimes with Frida Kalo monobrows and think "Give me 5 minutes with a tweezer and I could transform you...."

haha! eyebrows are a pita sometimes. is she the one that does the eyebrow stencils?

Does she do threading? I have threading done locally and i i fab ! Much better shape than waxing IMO.

Yeah. I had some a while ago but I was always a bit worried that I might put them on wonky and pluck merrily away, only to end up with eyebrows out of a Salvador Dali painting

How exciting!! She is fantastic. How much does it cost to have them done by her and how long ago did you have to book?

It costs £34 to have her do them, or £20 ish for one of her 'team'. I'm going at the end of Sep, and I booked last week, but she only takes 10 mins or so, I gather, so I shouldn't think appointments are too much of a problem. But already I'm conscious of my 'regrowth' - it's been years since I let my eyebrows go native!!

Ooooh! One personal grooming thing I do make time for is plucking my eyebrows.

Ha ha ha ha! Ok, I'll take pictures of the horrific before and the (hopefully) beautiful after!! That's really made me laugh! Gawd, the before picture will be awful!
