Anyone recommend any Lush products for a teenage girl?

Dd is turning 15 and wanted to get her a box of beauty products.
She seems to like Lush but I haven't shopped there for years!
Any ideas?

They usually have nice gift boxes pre-made, you could choose one of those?
Or go in and ask, they are a bit overly helpful in there so will love to assist!
I would get a bath bomb or two and maybe one of the fresh face masks, my sister used to like the chocolate one if they still make that.

I love lush - i used to walk by wiht my nose screwed up then a friend bought me a gift set and i was hooked. It is mega expensive though and some of the stuff can be a bit too sweet in smell but generally i love it. There are some really really lovely gift boxes and some of them can be used to store shite in etc. I would want bath bombs, hand cream, and those crumbly things you put in the bath to get loads of bubbles. The skin care stuff is £££s though.

Tiredstilltired · 25/04/2014 20:22

I was thinking bath bombs, face mask, lip scrub and butter. And a cleansing body bar?
No idea about prices anymore! Expecting £25/30.
Is it cheaper to get a gift set?

There's a lovely vanilla body lotion, that would be nice.

My DDs love the jelly shower gel, and the Grease Lightning spot treatment.

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 25/04/2014 22:44

The bubble bath bars are lovely too.

Dancergirl · 25/04/2014 22:48

My dds love the bath bombs and lip scrubs!

A solid shampoo bar and a tin to store it in. DD is the subject of much envy when she produces this at the pool. Small and easy to carry.

I love the ultrabland cleanser (you use it with a hot wet muslin) and the eau Roma toner - lovely!

Both very gentle on skin and smell lush!

WhoKnowsWhereTheTimeGoes · 25/04/2014 23:16

Agree on the Ultrabland and Eau Roma, they are great for my sensitive skin. I don't use it with a flannel though, just rub the Ultrabland on then use the Eau Roma on cotton wool to take it off again.

Angels on Bare Skin is a lovely gentle face scrub.

LilQueenie · 26/04/2014 01:33

I love the toothytabs too and you also get makeup from lush now.

BuntyCollocks · 26/04/2014 09:33

Big shampoo, dream cream, dream wash, angels with bare faces (? It's a facial wash). All amazing.

I don't find Lush pricey, I guess it depends on what you're buying. My daughter is a vegan and I buy her those coloured play doh rolls that you can break bits off to use in the bath or shower. They are very cheap.

I love the non glittery bath bombs. If you grate them into a small tub they last ages.

LEMmingaround · 26/04/2014 10:16

Thats a good idea about grating them - because £4 a bath aint cheap!
