Please find me some tops! And some workout gear too please...

I've been lurking on here for ages but the time has come, I need help!

I have one -ONE- decent(ish) top. Please help me find a couple more! Preferably fairly sober colours and suitable for short size 12/14 f cup with blubber ring, to wear with mainly skinny jeans and DMs.

Also I'd like some fairly cool gym gear, mine is ancient/rag tag and really puts me off! I do weights/circuits, Zumba and running.

Don't want to spend £££ as quite skint and hoping to get back to pre kids size 10 soon.

TIA wise MN ladies...

Not sure about the tops, but I've picked up some great workout gear in primark and tesco recently. It always seems to sell out quickly though, so you may need to keep an eye out for it. Nice colours and almost as good as the sports brand stuff. Also Sports Direct has a lot of branded stuff with decent discounts.

'Tops' is a big subject!! Would they be casual/smart/day wear/evenings out?

Mumelie · 25/04/2014 19:45

TK Maxx is great for cheap gym wear.

Gap has some nice workout gear that's not too expensive.

Or look at Sweaty Betty when the sales are on.

Ooh will have a look in tk maxx and primark - somehow I'd forgotten about tk maxx and didn't realise primark did gym stuff. We don't have tesco round here, asda and sainsburys workout gear is a bit, erm, dispiriting! It was my asda get up earlier that partly inspired this post!

Tops would be mainly for casual use, playing with small children/pub with friends, I would like a 'going out' top though which would get me in a fancy bar :)

Ooh, again I didn't know Gap did stuff, just chucked a discount code in the recycling! Argh. I will have a look at sweaty Betty. I have a few Nike/Adidas things from sports direct so will go in search of a branch (but was boycotting over the breastfeeding thing!).
