Navy dress - what colour tights and shoes

I have just bought a lovely navy dress for work but am struggling to decide on what colour tights and shoes to wear. In the winter, I wear a lot of black and always wear opaques but would like to wear something a little more spring like!

Good question. I've just bought a navy shirt dress and was wondering if natural tights would be the answer with maybe tan low wedges?

I'd go for nude micronets with tan shoes or boots. In fact, I have a new navy dress and that's what I'm wearing it with.

I wear grey tights or nude fishnets with my navy dress this time of year.
