What to wear for a meal.out?

I'm going out with some mums on Friday night, for a meal in a restaurant and I'm not sure what to wear. Usually see these mums at play groups so everyone is casual and need some help on what to wear for a night out!

Depends on the restaurant tbh. I went out last night and wore:
pale wash skinnies
black t-shirt
black mesh jumper
black heeled ankle boots
lots of leather and gold bangles
gold necklace

I was one of the most dressed up there. Everybody else was in jeans and t-shirts, plus trainers.

It's always a hard one as some people will get changed/dress up and others will wear what they wore that day. It all depends on whether you'd rather be over dressed or underdressed?

I tend to wear jeans, heeled boots and a blouse of some sort.
