and the design is called 'Bella'. It's the teacup dress and bloomer set, size 12months.

I can't find anywhere that will ship to the UK, all help greatly appreciated!

That would be so easy to make.

If you don't sew, you could get someone who does to make a very similar looking outfit.

Ask them for UK stockists or for retailers that ship to the UK
