red spots after waxing, what to do????

after waxing my legs with ready strips I get red spots on roots and they never go away.
what should I use after waxing?

Maybe try aloe Vera gel, I get waxed don't do it myself I get the red dots but only lasts a few hours

I get red spots that turn into purple bruises - so I just don't wax anymore

Take an anti-inflammatory e.g. Nurofen about an hour before. Helps dampen down the inflammatory response, dots won't be quite so.....dotty.

Tend skin is really good or good quality tea tree lotion/cream.

Sudocrem! Works really well.

I found rubbing ice cubes on legs before and after helps

I am a beauty therapist & the only problem with home waxing is an after wax lotion is not supplied in the kit.
An afterwax lotion is soothing & antibacterial & anti inflammatory. When the hair is pulled from the hair follicle it is left open to infection. If you can get to a beauty suppliers thinks there is one in the UK called Sally that supply to the public & not just trade & buy a professional after wax lotion. Or maybe get one on eBay.
After waxing & apply afterwax lotion you need to avoid hot bath/ shower, sun light, swimming & perfumed body lotion.
