Help with my dull skin, dark under eye circles, frazzled hair and general yuck-ness!

Title says it all really, I'm getting married in 3 months (just decided last minute to book it!) and although I have a lovely dress to wear, I look pretty crap at the moment.

I've been ill lately so my skin is really dull, lots of blotches and blackheads.

My hair is really fine and I have to wash it every day or it looks chip-pan esque! Tried dry shampoo but it still looks lank and dirty. It's totally frazzled from washing and blow drying it daily!

I'm naturally very pale and have really dark under eye circles, not helped by toddler induced lack of sleep. Would love to try fake tan but what do I do to tan my face?! Bronzer? Darker foundation?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated or I might just put a bag over my head for my wedding day

You could try dry shampoo to give your hair a break. I sometimes squirt it on my roots then use the Babyliss big hair thingy and it normally looks acceptable. You could also try the oil cleansing method for your skin. I started it at Christmas and my skin is much better. I use linseed oil, a bit of castor oil and some lavender oil to make it smell nice, massage it in for a bit the hold a hot flannel over my face for a minute or so before wiping it off with the flannel. How exciting to have a wedding coming up - I'm sure you look far better than you imagine you do!

Oooh tell me more about the babyliss big hair- I only have shoulder length hair, is that too short?

Stupid question but doesn't the oil cleansing make your skin more oily? I get a very shiny tzone!

My ultra glam sister is my bridesmaid so I need to up my game!

The big hair is a twirly brush which blows out hot air - my hair is only chin length and it works beautifully on that and stops it looking all floppy and mucky. There's loads of threads on here about oil cleansing (OCM for short). It works on the like treats like principle, so the oil actually dissolves the oily dirt on your skin and is wiped away. It makes your skin glowy and nice and not at all oily. Sorry, I'm not explaining it very well - it's been a long day!
