I've stumbled across this wrap type thing, it is supposed to help you regain your shape after birth. I'm interested to know if it's worth having a go. They're really expensive, but they sell them on eBay 2nd hand fairly reasonably.

About to have DC4, wouldn't mind a helping hand getting back in shape. In the old days, women were told to lie on their tummies to help shrink the uterus. I did this after twins and it really worked fast (probably an old wives tale!) Last time though, DS was attached to my boobs 24/7, so I didn't have a hope!

Love to hear anyone's feedback - thanks!

I've heard a tubi bandage works just as we'll for a fraction of the cost. I just wore a pair of "hug me in" leggings from primark which cost around £5!

Did the trick Wink

Ooh, I've got a tummy tubi-grip thingy, the midwife gave it to me for back support. Perhaps I'll give that a go first, thanks Britney
