Please help a dress hater find a dress!

I have to go to a very formal event at DH's work in the summer and have to wear a dress. I am only little and skinny (5 feet tall and a size 6/8) and always feel a bit daft in dresses, like a small girl dressing up in grown up clothes!
I don't like v necks - no chest! - and would like something which falls below the knee as I have a lovely varicose vein on one leg courtesy of 9lb DS. I know I sound a real prize.....
So can anyone find a dress, preferably boat neck to disguise the lack of boobs? Please help otherwise I will have to shop alone and it's never a good thing!

The Monsoon one is just coming up at the home page of the website. Probably more formal than the first one though which I like but is out of stock in all sizes except 18. Clearly a popular choice! Thank you for the help so far though.

hmm.. long may be a problem.. but also may swamp you , could you wear nude tights to coverthe vein ( which i Bet no one would notice anyway..)
