Uggs for 11 year old dd - real or fake?

Dd has never shown an interest in Uggs before but they're popular with her friends and she would like some too.

Seems silly to buy them now so will wait till the Autumn.

Real ones seem £££ for feet that are still growing, where do I get good quality fakes from?

Emu's are cheaper and are real sheepskin, like Uggs. I wouldn't go for fake ones, the backs collapse and she'll need the support for her growing feet. They are cool (as in the temp) in the summer and you may be able to get some cheap ones.

My 9 year old DD has boots from Celtic Sheepskin. Great quality and a little cheaper than Ugg or Emu. Hth

She really likes the Bailey bow ones. They've been marked down to £60 at Schuh but don't have her size

Look at mandmdirect they may have some she likes. If she wants uggs and you don't mind paying then but proper uggs. My dd's bailey bows are still immaculate and I've packed them away for dd2.

My 12yr old gets £5 fakeys, as she will clomp through mud and puddles.
She has real Converse, but they can go in the washing machine.
