Going to a wedding on Saturday. I'm rubbish at being organised enough to look my best for this kind of thing; always end up doing nail polish in the car, not having time to straighten hair etc.

What do you do in the week leading up to a party/wedding/event to look your best? Smile

Book a blow dry
Toe nails two nights before pulse light tan if necessary

That's it really.

Nothing I'm always far too busy chasing stuff for DH and DDs. They look immaculate, I'm lucky if my hairs brushed (generally I can't find a brush or my mascara because a teen has pinched it!)

In the week leading up to a big event...

Waxing 5 days before.
3 days before, start
this
Manicure and pedicure (if wearing open toe shoes) about 2 days before.
Spray tan day before.
Weekend lashes day before.
Morning of - hairdressers for hair up.

Say the wedding is on a Saturday, this is what I do:
Previous Saturday - start exfoliating entire self in the shower
Thursday night - leg wax and brow & lash tint
Friday night - shellac nails and spray tan
Saturday morning - paint toes and go to the hairdresser in flip flops
Saturday lunchtime - make up and eat something decent

So it takes all week but I am super fussy about how I look at weddings! I do exactly the same if I am going on holidays or to a big event like black tie dinner.
