Day face cream no longer working - any recommendations?

Always used Nivea moisturising face cream but am now having to reapply it several times a day because my skin feels so dry.

What works for you? Have normal (slightly dry) skin type.

do you use a serum?

if not slap a serum on and the moisturiser on top

or a more moisturising SPF

No Ronald can you recommend a serum?

i use the olay regenerist fragrance free serum and now so do lots and lots of my family and friends

i think it is a completely excellent product

Thank you - I actually use the olay cleanser and have tried the night cream so will give it a whirl!

Simple Regeneration. Has an SPF of 15.

I'm using an l'oreal one, not revitalift, their next one down. Very happy with it, but it's not got SPF.

I love the no7 range at boots. I have very dry skin. I used to use it with the serum but finances mean I've been leaving the serum. It's s lively base for make up

What about eating more oily fish and fats generally. Work from the inside.
