Kerastase Nectar Thermique... Alternatives??

Had a lovely cut and blow dry done earlier in the week and my hairdresser commented on how dry my long hair is - totally true, I've been having it coloured for the last year and the ends especially are quite dry and rough (it's still strong but just dry).

She put some Nectar Thermique through the ends of my hair and dried it, recommending that I get some of course. But it's very pricey!!

Does anyone know or use anything similar that's not going to be so expensive?! Not an oil product, oils sit too heavily on my hair. TIA.

You could start with the MN favourite of using coconut oil! It is certainly v.cheap and you could do a weekly treatment with it.

Having said that, a tube of Nectar Thermique will last you quite a while. If you felt it made your hair a bit softer and you do plan to blow dry it regularly, it might be worth it. Best price I could find was £14.04 at Terence Paul with free shipping.
