Please help me find shoes for this dress...

I have got an big works do coming up next week and am planning on wearing www.boden.co.uk/en-GB/Womens-Dresses/Smart-Day-Dresses/WH615/Womens-Seville-Dress.html this dress (it is the navy and white print one in case it doesn't come up).

Not sure what shoes to wear - they will have to be closed toes as I need to wear tights as cba with fake tan so was thinking maybe some kind of court espadrille type shoes. I have found some nice ones in a bright pink or turquoise - could I wear those with this or do I need to stick with navy?? Although the model in the photo has some kind of yellow sandals on so maybe not navy.

Help - am so rubbish! Any suggestions would be great Smile

Bump Smile I should have said that it is not a really formal do so not evening wear.

I think bright shoes, especially heeled sandals would look great. Red/ Pink / green /yellow especially.

However, tights, in my opinion, would really spoil it. Instead of fake tan could you not use a bit of Sally Hansen's airbrush legs? Just like a foundation for legs.
