What to wear with emerald skinny jeans?

Just got a lovely pair of Warehouse skinnies in my local charity shop. They fit brilliantly, but I haven't got much to wear them with. They are a greeny blue-I think emerald colour. Have found a fitted grey t shirt and a darker long line cardi in my which don't clash. I'm a size 10, 5'10, 40 something.

From lurking in S and B I reckon I am a deep winter, if that helps. I like to hunt in charity shops, so can you suggest shapes and colours which might work, which I can put on my hit list?

I think coloured skinnys work best with white . I wear mine with a plain white t shirt and pumps or flip flops ( sandals ) . Maybe a scarf with some of the green in ?

I do have a white linen popover top which could work.Will try that. And a scarf is good idea.

Thanks again. Have just tried them with a grey striped top and a navy cardi which I have not really worn and it looks ok!

I usually stick in a bit of a rut, with denim jeans, so I am pleased I got them. I'm sure they're not particularly in fashion, but our backwater town is usually a few years behind so I'm not bothered.

I've got an emerald green pair of skinnies that I've worn with some lovely cable type jumpers over winter. Mostly cream/beige colours.

Bit late for those now though so I'm watching with interest to see what other colours I have I could try with them
