Nothing to wear to the ball. Help!

Now I love clothes and shopping but I am up against it with this one. DH announced that we are going to a ball in May and I have nothing to wear. My issue is I have terrible psoriasis on my upper arms so need that to be covered at all times.
I am a size 16 apple shape. Large bust and 5'6".

Any ideas?

black
long sleeve
velvet sleeves
swishy lace
red
I have a dress from that site and it is well made in good quality fabric, there are lots of styles with sleeves - see what you think?

Thank you, I had never heard of them but I like lace navy midi and the black with the lace trim. I think the black could be worn for dinner meetings, funerals etc so fear I may have to buy it anyway.

I quite like THIS but unsure if I would look all bust and hips (and not in a good way!).
