Is it just me or does anyone else find it hard to find something that isn't old & frumpy but which isn't designed for 12 yr olds?

I want pretty clothes - not just black or brown just because it's winter!

Have seen lots of nice boots & shoes though

& also where are the jumpers/cardigans? (& not the ones that come a few miles above your waist either - if I was that warm I wouldn't need a blooming jumper in the first place!)

Bet I sound like a right grumpy old woman! Just want to find some pretty clothes!

Monsoon seem quite good for knitwear.

OOh didn't think of them. There stuff is usually lovely (especially the children's).

I think the problem is I've got stuck in the rut of just wearing jeans & fleeces now it's got a bit colder & feel a bit boring.

Kew - although new stuff is not in shops yet, come September it will be - they do "pretty" cardigans very well. H&M? Some new stuff in now, but a bit limited on knitwear from what I saw today. Topshop have some lovely lightweight knits. Do you have a Zara near you as they do good value knitwear as well. And Benetton is good as well (none near me though).
