Where can I find grey shoes like this?

I love Sarah Lucas's grey shoes...they are the nineties so I'm not holding out much hope of finding them, but has anyone seen similar?

Have never seriously considered buying anything designer before. Does one just BUY Patrick Cox Wannabees? Must one join a club or subscribe to some kind of creed in order to purchase such lovey footwear?
