Noooooooooo, Superdry T Shirt ruined

My DD is into her Superdry and bought herself 2 T-Shirts last week.
She's got some dark navy ones which wash fine so she got a white with red sleeves and some blue accent.

I washed, as directed at 30c inside-out (in a laundry bag so it didn't tangle)

The red has run onto the white

I'm going to take it back at the weekend, and get a refund.

Anyone else had this with the red/white?

(She bought a red hoodie a while back but I haven't washed that. I'm hoping the red won't run onto the white lettering )

You're within your rights to take it back, but I would wash it again a couple of times - the surplus may clear away and the white wash clean again.

Or put a colour catcher in

I'm going to return it , I've found the receipt and it was £19.99.

Trouble is, though I know these T-Shirts will fade and the lettering will look 'distressed' it doesn't even look like this is what's happened.

So-

it was bought on my DD card, she'll be at school. Do I need to take her card ? (I don't know her PIN ) or can I ask for a cash refund ( I want a refund not a credit note)

and

Can I take it to my nearest Superdry store or does it have to be the one she bought it from?

You can definitely take it to a different store, not sure about the credit card situation though. Phone the store, they should be able to help.

As far as I am aware, if the store agree to a refund, it has to be on the card used for payment so in this case your dd would need to be there in order to have it refunded to her card. They may agree to an exchange or credit note without her being there though, although I realise this isn't what you want!

It's easier to get blood from a stone, than get a refund from SD. They will prob give you a credit note, but you do need the ion for a refund.
