Jeans advice needed, please

Can anyone help me find some new jeans? At the moment I wear M&S boot-cut jeans but they (and therefore me) and looking rather saggy.

I am 5'4", size 12/14, short waisted with a horrific mum-tum which must be kept hidden at all times (ie high-waisted jeans are essential). I have quite big hips and thighs (the size 14 bit) but my waist is probably closer to a size 12. I'm happy to stick with boot-cut - I'm not a skinny jeans kind of gal, but would like something less frumpy looking than my current jeans.

Is there anyone with a similar shape (oh lucky you!) who has found great jeans?

well I got a 14 and am normally 16!

mrs darcy they are not on the waist but not on the hips ( a la mrs beckham) i like them and the bum is a good for both.
my sis a size 8/10 got a limited pari and cant understand why she was going on about those toher mad expensive ones, when the limited are fab.
the boden are prob a more conservative fit than the limited but have a nice leg not boot but not straight. good with flats as well as high.
