Buying from Gap online with Returns Card?

I have a Gap Returns card with £70 credit on it.
I want to buy something from Gap online.
There is no obvious way of using it to pay online.
Can it be done - thething I want is a a "tall" size jacket, and isn't available in store. Also - getting to a Gap is quite difficult due to work/small children/living in the countryside.

They have a live chat thing on their site that's good.
Doubt it'd be live now, but you could ask in the morning.

Yep, Gap Chat closed now and I am at work tommorow. I'll have a lot of explaining to do if I slow up our really slow internet at work with Gap!
