Thinking of buying this today. Is it any good?

No staying power. It slid off my eyelids by midday!

AwkwardSquad · 22/03/2014 12:13

That's my experience too - no staying power, and the shades are meh.

Nishky · 22/03/2014 12:14

I love them, seem to stay on for me"

Costacoffeeplease · 22/03/2014 12:21

I like them, and the shades are quite subtle so even the scary looking ones are fine

ZacharyQuack · 22/03/2014 12:40

I think it depends on your level of comfort and experience with eyeshadow. Chubby sticks colours are a bit basic, and quite sheer, so would be easy for a simple wash of colour that doesn't take much skill or any tools to apply.

If you're normally a Urban Decay, MAC or Nars user, these might not do it for you.

AnnabelleDarling · 22/03/2014 13:07

No. I have one and really dislike it.

I like them for travelling, in that they don't break like powders and are nice and don't require a brush, but don't use them for every day wear. They are very sheer and need lots of layers to get a decent pigment IMO, though prob ok if you want a simple, quick wash of colour.

The normal clinique eyeshadow stays put.

I am wearing a Rimmel eye shadow crayon today, scandaleyes I think, and it is far better than the Clinique IME

Bought this for my sister who loves their chubby sticks and their eyeshadows but she found this product to be a disappointment.
