Can you help me find a hair styling product?

There are too many options...

I want it to add shine, I don't want anything matt-look.
A small amount of hold
Will enhance wavy hair
Can't be 'heavy' as my hair is fine
Can be added to wet or dry hair
Will help on fluffy/frizzy hair days

Is there anything out there that sounds like it might suit?

I had my hair done yesterday and they used paul Mitchell twirl around and paul Mitchell awapuhi ginger treatment oil. My hair feels lovely and silky now, it's usually curly and dry
She put them both on wet hair (oil first)
