right, feeling fat and frumpy and had enough. time to take action. new training/nutrition plan starting monday. in meantime i need ideas for feeling/looking better in clothes. didnt expect to find it so hard to get body back after birth.
really i need some new clothes as nothing fits/looks right but on very tight budget due to smp. out tonight for dinner and need to buy some 'hold me in pants' do you just buy your actual size or smaller?

But your actual size I tried buying a size smaller and couldn't breath and they rolled down as only bought pants. IMO your best off with a bodysuit you wear with your own bra if your top allows the straps I got one from asda George very reasonable and comfortable also one from tesco too. It makes you feel less wobbly after babies x hope this helps.
