It always used to be that, the famous no quibble 30 day money back guarantee

not ordered for ages though

no help really haha

Foosyerdoos · 11/03/2014 19:47

Yes. You don't get back the money you spent on p&p though. So longs as you return within 30 days.

Iseeall · 11/03/2014 19:51

Yes you can.
It is a brilliant way to try new products and find out what suits you.
You have 28 days to return items(opened and used!).
You do have to pay the return postage, so keep that in mind.
Happy shopping.

Yes, and their customer service is really good if you have a problem.

diamondlizard · 11/03/2014 20:46

Wow,that's good then

I don't mind paying p and p if I don't like something

but but but

p and p both ways could be fifteen quid.....?

yellowtrees · 11/03/2014 21:08

Yes, but the beauty products tend to be high end so can cost a lot more than that (e.g. there is a Revitalash set for £96 on the website). So it can work out better than buying products from a store because you only pay for the ones you keep, even taking into account their (inflated) postage costs.

There is 'the letter' that some people get if they send back too many things - and that includes returns that you send back because they're damage on arrival, their system doesn't differentiate.

There is also a magic amount that they deem acceptable to use in the 30days so don't think you can return 10ml of a 100ml Emma Hardie balm after 30 days!
