Thank you so much!

I've been taking it for six weeks now, and my skin is glowing. To the extent that my husband comments on it. In fact, he is now taking the tablets too (confident metrosexual).

It has been my best and easiest skin purchase by a long chalk. Smile

me too. it has cleared up my hormonal acne. i can't quite believe it

Greenstone · 06/03/2014 12:55

I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now. My skin is relatively under control at the mo (usually have acne) but the effect hasn't been as magic as you describe -- and I'm also in the early stages of pregnancy so who knows what's causing what :)

Will be interested to see what happens in the next 3 weeks!

Which tablets are you taking out of interest?

TulipOHare · 06/03/2014 13:39

Been taking it about a month and would say similar to Greenstone . I shall carry on, though.

sotiredfornow · 06/03/2014 13:45

Could you link to the ones you are taking? Thanks!

FrugalFashionista · 06/03/2014 13:46

I finished an old bottle of D vitamin tablets when my perioral cleared up. Sunshine always resolves my skin problems.
Maybe it's not a coincidence!

SilkandSteel · 06/03/2014 14:01

How many tablets have you taken daily?

sighbynight · 06/03/2014 14:02

I'm taking Holland & Barrett Vitamin D3 tablets. They are pretty cheap, especially when the two for one is on. I take two a day. I'm in my 40s, and they seem to have returned some glow to me.

Same as sighbynight - Holland & Barrett, two a day.

DameDiazepamTheDramaQueen · 06/03/2014 14:38

Nothing's happening here but I'll continue taking them.

Ooh interesting, I am definitely going to be purchasing this at the weekend - my skin is always better in the sun, during the winter period its just awful. I hope it works for me!

Mg or mcg? There are 1000mcg in 1 mg

WhisperingShadow · 06/03/2014 19:04

I'm taking 1000 I.U x 2

Piscivorus · 06/03/2014 19:07

I've been using the oral spray for a month. I still look as old and knackered as always and the frown lines caused by the fecking thing blocking up haven't helped.
