A good shampoo for middle aged hair?

Now that I'm (coughs) 40 something....ok I'm 48, I've said it I'm finding my hair is very dry and fly away. I usually use a children's shampoo as I've always wanted a gentle one (have dry scalp problems) but even then I find I have to change every couple of weeks to 'freshen' my hair up. I sometimes use Tresemme too. Does anyone know a decent brand for the older woman (I've never coloured my hair in case that's relevant in your advice). Thanks all.

I sometimes use, and like, Kerastase Age Premium.

I've been using Happy Hair Days Ginger & Ponegranate which smells divine and leaves my hair lovely and soft and less flyaway and wiry looking. Only available in Sainsburys I think.

TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal & Honey shampoo and conditioner are amazing and smell gorgeous too. I'm 44.

Alterna Caviar or Bamboo are lovely. Aged 55, can count the white hairs on the fingers of 1 hand.

The Loreal Everpure shampoos are lovely too.
