How to smarten up converse and skinny jeans for work?

Evening all,

I've been off work for a while following an op on my foot, when I return in about 2-4 I'll be wearing converse, maybe trainers for quite a while! I've always worn skinny jeans, but I always felt heels smartened them up!

So, on to my point! Any ideas of blazers? Shirts? Kimono type jacket to smarten them up?

Blazers work, there are also a lot of sheer shirts around at the moment which aren't too shirt officey but can still be smart.
Also what kind of Converse do you hve - some are smarter than others

Sheer shirts! That's a great idea thanks. I have quite a few converse, high, low and the daintys. I really want a leopard print pair, or maybe silver leather or gold??!!

Gold converse sound amazing! Do you work in a plae where you could wear them?!
