Where can I find a nice shirt dress?

I have recently lost some of my pregnancy weight and can finally ditch those maternity dresses, hurrah!

I love a nice shirt dress but not sure where to look. Any suggestions welcome!

Ideally in cotton, viscose or linen.......

I'm spying because I want one that isn't short and made of cr@p fabric. So far the search has been fruitless.

I found a gorgeous linen one at phase eight some time ago, found out I was pregnant the next day and returned it . Wish I hadn't now

Bunny, I like the gap one a lot but wish it was black as navy isn't quite my colour.

Much like DD Atelier (another big nork company) some of their stuff is in a bit of an E European style - some I love, some I hate.

The shirt dress though is a triumph - I have the teal/green one and always get compliments about it. And it was 20 quid! Lovely material, beautifully cut - looks worth six times as much....

I saw that Gap one in the shop yesterday and very nearly bought it - I might go back. It did look lovely. It's quite a dark navy if that helps.

You have a point . I am just so fed up with maternity and bf dresses that I fancy something a bit more 'structured' /sporty iyswim.

Gap had several nice cotton ones in store today.

Don't like that Laura A one, and don't think it would work with black tights.

If you want denim, I've struck gold in Monsoon of all places before. The Gap ones are generally too long for me.

I saw this shirt dress in Zara today and thought it was nice, although it didn't look as short in the shop! Although the model is apparently 187cm/6ft 1" so guess it wouldn't be as short on a normal being.

I really like that Zara one, except for the pockets. And it's cotton too, unusually.
