What top would you wear with this skirt?

I was given vouchers for Christmas/birthday to kit myself out with a new wardrobe post-baby. I bought a bunch of stuff from new look including this but I'm yet to wear it. Do any of you ladies have any suggestions?

I'm 25, have red hair, 5'1 and don't like my upper arms! On my bottom half i will most likely wear black tights and ankle boots.

Grey cashmere jumper and a biker jacket?

Or a 'dressy' sweatshirt? Try Cos or Reiss.

I have the same skirt in red! I have worn it with....
A grey t shirt
A stripy 'leotard' type body
A fine knit cream jumper

I think with the flippy ness of the skirt you want a top that's fairly figure hugging, which wil give you a lovely waist. Plus if you will wear it with black tights you'd want t-shirt sleeves or longer to balance things out (avoiding exposing the unloved arms, hurrah!)
