Has anyone ordered from their website before? Is the service and delivery good? What about returns if something doesn't fit.

Returns are not possible if you buy from the sale.
But the underwear is lovely for anyone relatively small-busted! (Don't expect major support.) Some styles on Outnet too...

Silk balcony's are really comfortable.I echo Frugal - i am 34 e and you can only hoik the straps up halfway , they also stretch with wear ( and the cups definitely come up a size smaller).But they're so pretty and arrive looking gorgeously packaged.Having tried some M &S silk bras today they're is really no comparison.Mimi Holliday are infinitely better.

Okay, confession. I put a big order in on Monday lunch time and like a bra stalker, I keep checking me account for the order status to change to despatched. I'll probably chase them up at the end of the week if nothing happens.

For me the delivery was really slow - more than a week - but then anything that isn't DHL tends to be really slow. Worth the wait though!
